Judgement Day: PDP’s claim of Central Server, Electronic Transmission of results not admissible – Tribunal
The Presidential Election Tribunal seating in Abuja has dismissed Peoples Democratic claims that there was Independent National Electoral Commission collated result via electrical transmission to the central server.
Tribunal ruled that such claims cannot be found in INEC’s electoral manual.
It revealed that the central server the PDP made reference to was linked the whistle blowers with anonymous status, an issue that was never provided by electoral manual.
