The Vice President had said communicated this in a tweet: “I will waive my constitutional immunity to enable the most robust adjudication of these claims of libel and malicious falsehood”.
Meanwhile, he also hinted that he had instructed his lawyers for the commencement of legal action against two individuals who were said to have engaged in malicious claims against the vice president.
He mentioned Timo Frank and Katch Ononuju, saying they have put their names to odious falsehoods.
