President’s wife, Aisha gets new aides
The wife of the President of Nigeria, Aisha Buhari has appointed new aides to help her in projects.
Though her return has been shrouded in controversial circumstances, even as mischief makers have been on top of their games spreading rumours and fake news.
It will recalled that President Buhari had been reported to be taking one of his cabinet members as a second wife last Friday with invitation cards already designed and spread all over internet.
President Muhammadu Buhari’s approval of the appointment of new aides for the First Lady, Dr. Aisha Buhari, has rendered all the speculations ineffective.
Confirming the appointment, a statement by the Director of Information to First Lady, Suleiman Haruna, said the appointments are with immediate effect.
Muhammed Albishir – Special Assistant on Organization of African First Ladies for Development (OAFLAD)
Wole Aboderin – Special Assistant on Non-Governmental Organisations
Barr. Aiyu Abdullahi – Special Assistant on Media and Publicity
Zainab Kazeem – Special Assistant on Domestic and Social Events
Funke Adesiyan – Personal Assistant on Domestic and Social Events
