Madumere hails Golden Eaglets on hard won victory over Ecuado

The immediate past Deputy Governor of Imo State, Prince Eze Madumere, has congratulated Nigeria’s Golden Eaglets for coming from behind to over power Ecuador boys in a match that ended 3 goals to 2.

He described their victory as a show of indomitable spirit of Nigerians.

“For me, it was one hell of match I have seen in a long time. The boys were hot. After Ecuador boys equalised and came atop, our boys remained focused and resilient. It paid off. That is the true indomitable spirit of Nigerians. The match simply hot and entertaining.”

He charged to remain focused and maintain a team spirit, believing that they will go far with the skills and resilience he saw in the boys.
