Asiegbu salutes Ihedioha, Imiolites at Yuletide

The Peoples Democratic Party Stalwart, Chief Eddy Asiegbu has felicitates the Governor of Imo State, Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha, family and the good people of Imo State, admonishing to be of good cheer and learn from the love of Jesus Christ.

Asiegbu who spoke while interacting with newsmen at his Owerri residence.

According to Asiegbu, who is also the Director General, PDP Mobilization (Non-Indigenes), “Christmas is a period of love because Christ who is God is love and that is why he came in human form to save us from eternal destruction.

“It is on this backdrop that I call on the people of the State to demonstrate this by showing love to one another. If God can give his only begotten son to pay the ultimate sacrifice for us to live, we should be willing to help those in needy.

“I urge us all to go out, visit those in need and if possible visit hospitals, special homes and put smiles on the faces of those brothers and sisters.”

Speaking further, he called on Imolites, especially Non-Ingigenes to rally round the present Governor of the state, assuring them of a better deal.

“I want to use this opportunity to call on our people to support Governor Ihedioha’s administration. He understands the problem of the state and he has started fixing the problems.

“For my brothers who are Non-Indigenes, I salute them for the support they have been giving to the present government, I urge them to not shirk in our common contract to galvanize support for the present administration. All I can say is that we can’t go wrong because I know that Ihedioha has conscience; he stated.

” Again, let me wish the first family, Imolites Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.”
