If Supreme Court holds that Nwosu is actual APC guber candidate, what is Uzodinma? – Barr. Gabriel Abazie

While Imo state is soaked in tension following the insinuation that the Supreme Court of Nigeria has reserved judgement for Monday, January 13, 2019.

During a jurisprudential discourse between two legal practitioners, Gabriel Abazie and Iyk Nwaopara, Abazie observed that lower courts had ruled that Okorocha’s son-in-law , Mr. Uche Nwosu had no locus standi to challenge Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha’s emergence following his culpability for purchasing two nomination forms even after he was touted to have emerged the standard bearer of All Progressives Congress.

The logic he raised is that if Nwosu was supposedly the candidate of APC, then what status would the court view Senator Hope Uzodinma as?

For avoidance of contempt of the court, he simply put it in a hypothetical form.

During the dialogue of the said layers, Below is the report of simple syllogism posed by Abazie as reported by Barr. Nwaopara…

“My learned colleague and brother Barr Gabriel Abazie has this to say.. Don’t know why people like day dreaming. Mtcheeewwww!!!

“The supreme Court affirmed Uche Nwosu as the Candidate of APC in the last Guber election in Imo State having found him winner of the disputed APC primaries and thus disqualified him for double nomination.

“Now having found Uche as the winner of the APC primaries ,can Hope still claim to be the winner of the Election as the APC Candidate????

“Having agreed that Uche Nwosu has double Nomination as a Candidate of both APC and AA…according to the Supreme Court.

“Which Party does Hope claim his victory from?

“Does APC now have both Uche and Hope as its Candidate flowing from the Last Supreme court decision???

“I shall be drinking my zobo tomorrow as I await the Apex courts Jurisprudential exposition on this and many more issues as we move on to Rebuilding IMO!
