ISCA felicitates Governor Uzodinma on his emergence as Governor
An international non political and non partisan professional group under the aegis Imo State Congress of America (ISCA) has congratulated Sen. Hope Uzodinma on his emergence as the validly elected Governor of Imo State as pronounced by the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
The group’s congratulatory message was contained in a statement signed by its President,Engr. Sampson Udeh

The group commended Governor Uzodinma and his deputy, Prof. Placid Njoku for their dedication to duty and commitment to pursue their conviction, which they consider as innate ability and capacity to pursue any goal they put their mind to a logical conclusion.
The group also believe that if the duo in their administration apply the same attitude towards resolving myraid problems affecting the state, they will succeed.
Declaring their support for the present government, they seek a strategic partnership, with a view to contributing their quota towards developing the state and uplifting the living standards of the people
The statement reads:
“The National Executive Council, Board of Directors, Patrons and entire membership of Imo State Congress of America heartfully congratulate the executive governor of Imo state, His Excellency Sen. Hope Uzodinma and the deputy governor, His Excellency Prof. Placid Njoku on their electoral victory at the Nigerian Supreme Court.
“Your dedication to duty, conviction, determination to succeed, and aggressiveness, clearly confirm your ability to achieve whatever you set your eyes on, irrespective of the distractions on your way. It is ISCA’s belief that you will apply the same aggressive drive and optimism to knock out the multitude of problems which threatened the good people of Imo state while being aware of past distractors who may come back to ferment trouble that may retard your ability to provide the dividends of democracy to the good people of the State.
“ISCA is a non-political and non-partisan umbrella ORGANIZATION of Imo state indigenes and organizations in the United States of America, including our local ambassadors comprising ISCA Youths, Women and Journalists in all 27 LGAs. Uniting all Imo indigenes and organizations under one strong and formidable umbrella group is the central mission of ISCA. It gives ISCA the ability to address the needs of ndi Imo and help to encourage, mobilize and motivate Imo citizens to their maximum potentials.
“We appreciate your willingness to partner with us as a senator in the past and we assure you our support as we collaborate with your government to build a greater Imo State. Since the formation of ISCA in 2004, ISCA has worked harmoniously with all the past Imo State governments and was able to call out on policies that were not favorable to ndi Imo in the past. To this effect, ISCA is urging all Imo citizens, regardless of their political affiliations to constructively air their views on matters relating to our people. Imo State belongs to ndi Imo.
“Imo State is blessed with intellectuals in Diaspora who have distinguished themselves in the various fields of their specializations and have made impressive impact in many institutions around the world. These Imo citizens are ready and willing to play important roles in the economic and industrial development of our state. Rebuilding Imo state is our number one priority
