Madumere felicitates President Buhari, Muslims at Eid-el-Kabir
The former Deputy Governor of Imo State, Prince Eze Madumere has extended his felicitation to President Mohammadu Buhari and other Muslims on the auspicious occasion of Eid-el-Kabir
Madumere expresses concern over the globally ravaging pandemic, which has affected the usual pageantry, warmth and togetherness that go with the celebration.
He however encouraged the faithful to use the opportunity to pray for the country and world for God’s intervention against the global pandemic, while praying for the quick recovery of the patience of the dreaded virus.
“I wish to also extend my heartfelt commendation to the religious leaders for following strictly the covid – 19 prescribed protocols. And more applauding is their effort in convincing the faithful to adhere.”
“While commending the effort of President Mohammadu Buhari, Nigerian Military and para-military for their sacrifices towards ending the activities of the terrorists, bandits and other criminal elements, I urge our Muslim and Christian brothers and sisters to seek the face of God.
“With the level of achievement made so far by the present administration, particularly investments in infrastructure, agriculture and agribusiness, Small and Medium Enterprises, if only the security challenge is brought to an end, there will be so much proceeds for Nigerians”, he stated.
