Prophet Chimamkpam Hails Buhari For Effort In Economy, Commends Imo CP For Professionalism
Prophet Victor Chimamkpam of God’s Destiny Prophetic Solution Ministry has stated that President Mohammadu Buhari means well for Nigeria in the area of economy and security even as he described Imo Police Commissioner as God sent.
Prophet Chimamkpam made the commendation on Sunday while briefing the newsmen on his stance about the future of Imo State and Nigeria at large.
Speaking on the continued security challenges in the country, he said that President Mohammadu Buhari is a patriot who means well for Nigeria. He however attributed the reason for the continued rise in security challenges to insincerity and lips service of some security agent, urging him to go ahead with his planned restructuring of the security architecture of the country.
He prophesied that Nigeria will recover from its present security and economic challenges and be restored to its rightful place in the comity of nations.
Speaking about the security situation in his home state, Imo, he said:
“Imo State is witnessing a radical change in security of lives and property and the people of the state are happy and applauding the positive change in policing.
“I know that crime and vices can never be totally stamped out because of some basic social factors, which no government can totally solve, except in God’s kingdom.
Imo CP Isaac extolled for professionalism
The Prophet hailed the appointment of Isaac Olutayo Akinmoyede as the Commissioner of Police, Imo State Command, describing him as God sent, which he has proven since his appointment in the month of May, 2020.
He said, “I have seen Police Commissioners in the state and there was none that did not have his strength and area of weakness. The present Commissioner of Police, Imo State, CP Isaac Olutayo Akinmoyede has distinguished himself.
“In the area of improvement of the security of lives and property, I give him 65 percent. I believe he will continue to improve because he is very meticulous. By his modus operandi, he has proved he is an operational Officer laced with strategy and team spirit.
“He is the kind of man Nigeria seeks. Today, there is absolute discipline in Imo State Police Command as he does not condone corruption. Ask any Police Officer from the State, he will tell you. This is the image of the police Nigerians seek.
“Again, Imo people are rejoicing because no poor can be maltreated because he runs an open door policy. This is why in times of confusion, he comes in the moment you knock at his door, he asks the right questions and ensure that justice is done no matter your status and whose ox is gored. Let him know that people will not like him, including his officers but this is the only way we can move forward as a nation.
“In the area of crime fighting, he has shown serious commitment as every officer is up and doing. This recent tradition is not unconnected with the fact that the Commissioner is personally involved as an operational officer.
“Officers of his character should be appreciated and encouraged.
“I pray God to sustain him and give him more tasks that will give him the opportunity to work with like minds to change the narrative in the Nigeria Police. I also pray that God grants him the Holy Spirit to guide him right to ensure that he does not change from his chosen path of honour.”
