ONDO GUBER 2020: Imo Former Deputy Governor Hails Unity In Ondo APC Campaign Team

The former Deputy Governor of Imo State, Prince Eze Maumere has commended the spirit of oneness and unity of purpose among Ondo State All Progressives Congress leaders and members.

Madumere made the observation at the grand finale of the APC governorship rally in Akure, the capital of Ondo State ahead of Saturday, October 10 gubernatorial election, which pitches opposition parties against Governor Rotimi Akeredolu.

He described Akeredolu as a man who loves his people and has carried them along, including residents, making Ondo a model State of prosperity for all.

He said he cannot entertain any fear on the expected outcome of the election as he simply predicts it will come out the way of APC.

His words: “I am very happy with the way and manner our great party, Ondo All Progressives Congress has carried on. It is one family with spirit of oneness.

“You can see that I am also here to show solidarity and lend my support. Ondo is APC and we are happy with Ondo people for their belief in the party, which has fared well.

“You know the Governor of Ondo State, Chief Rotimi Akeredolu is a man who loves his people. He is also a great party leader who loves peace and unity in any organization he finds himself, how much more his relationship with his people as their governor.

“There is unity of purpose and everyone is on the same page to deliver. The leadership of the campaign council led by the Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu is like no other. Everybody has done well and has made an impressive impact to the re-election bid of Governor Akeredolu.”

He also hinted that Igbo community has been fully mobilized to appreciate the Governor who has been very close in thick and thin.

Ondo guber election is a matter of hours and it is expected that people will conduct themselves peacefully and vote candidate of their choice.
