Prince Falade Plays Host To Oba L’Okunrin Ati L’Obinrin

Prince Falade Akinkuotu recently hosted the monthly meeting of the “Egbe Omo Oba L’okunrin ati L’obinrin” in his Commissioner’ Street, Odode Idanre, Ondo State residence.


During the well attended meeting, Prince Falade popularly known as “Omo N’oba N’ Edo” & BBC who is the Chairman of the association enjoined members to remember the advice of His Imperial Majesty, Oba Aroloye during the first meeting of the year which he hosted, urging them to love themselves and eschew grudges.

He called on the members to keep on being good ambassadors of the royal family wherever they are.

Prince Falade, who is also the “Lotu Omooba” of Idanre kingdom had earlier expressed happiness at the large turnout of the Princes and Princesses at the gathering prayed, “Opo a tirin, Ajale a pede” for the longer reign of Owa and more rapid development of the kingdom.

He sought the cooperation of the members for the success and progress of the association.


Princess (Mrs) Tosin Adetokunbo speaking with newsmen after the meeting expressed gratitude to Owa, Oba Frederick Aroloye for his total supports and also praised Prince Falade for his organizational ability and love for all members.

She canvassed more regular meetings, mutual love, unity and understanding among members.


Lavish entertainment with pounded yam and assorted soups with meat to accompany the morsels were provided while drinks were equally shared around to wash the meal down.

The even was not without the peculiar royal traditional music of Idanre moving everyone to dance joyfully to the riyal tunes.
