Uzodimma Diaspora Aide Hails Women On National Development

In a statement by her Media aide, Aku Esther, she said that women have impacted the world in a very significant manner until between 2020 and 2021, when the Covid – 19 pandemic rolled back some of the socioeconomic gains made by them.

Citing an instance, she said, “an additional 47 million Women are pushed into higher levels of poverty. So this year the stakes are even higher! Therefore we are all encouraged by global Leaders to be deliberate in our everyday actions to promote gender equality.”
