Imo-JSC Dismisses A Magistrate.

A magistrate, His Worship G. C.Okoli serving in the Imo State Judicial Service Commission (JSC) Owerri has been dismissed over misconduct.

He was dismissed with effect from 16th March 2021, while His Worship A.C Uzoma was reprimanded and issued with a warning letter.

His Worship C.P. Nnoromele was directed to stop sitting pending the conclusion/ outcome of investigation on the petition against her, while the petition against the 4th Magistrate, His Worship U.A C.Ogoma was dismissed for lack of merit.

In a statement issued in Owerri and endorsed by the Chief Registrar, C.N.Okereke Esq on 22nd March 2021, said that the disimisal and sanction of the magistrates came after their meeting held on 16th March 2021.
