All Progressives Congress Has Antidotes To Nigeria’s Challenges, Says Ego-Queen Ezuma

– As Constitution Review Committee Visits  Imo State




The Southeast representative of the Constitution Review Committee of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Dr Barr (Mrs) Ego-Queen Ezuma, has stated that the party has solutions to the problems facing Nigeria.


Dr Ezuma stated this, when the committee members visited Imo State chapter of the All Progressives Congress, as part of it’s nationwide consultation and to get the contribution of the state chapter in the party constitution review process.

She pointed out that contrary to speculations against the party about performance, he said that Nigerians are more united now than ever, adding that the APC led federal government has achieved so much in the last five years.


She further disclosed that the need to review the constitution of the party became necessary in order to accommodate more people in the party and ensure that the party improves on certain areas of it’s manifesto, for onward productivity ahead of 2023 general elections.


She averred that APC would remain in the national grid of Nigeria’s democracy and would continue to represent the interest of Nigerians
“Nigerians are happy with us and will continue to provide them the best leadership manifesto that will enthrone good governance in the country.

In his speech, Imo State Governor, Sen Hope Uzodimma, commended the national constitution review committee for choosing Imo, adding that only APC led federal government, can gurantee effective leadership in the country.

He equally expressed optimism that the country would soon surmount it’s security challenges, even as he alleged that some pockets of  insecurity are being sponsored by opposition forces.

Governor Uzodimma thanked the leadership of APC, for choosing Dr (Mrs) Barr Ego-Queen Ezuma, whom he described as a great mobilizer, to be the south east representative in the constitution review committee and assured that he would continue to champion the course of the party in the south east.


In his remarks, the chairman of the constitution review committee, Prof Tahir Mamman,  noted that the constitution review is also aimed at making sufficient provision for women in the party, which would benefit every Nigerian and to ensure that the wishes and aspirations of Nigerians are met.

” APC has come to stay in Nigeria. The party has the best manifesto that will bring about good governance and accountability in the country. APC is a party with men and women of integrity and will continue to provide dividends of democracy to Nigerians. Here in Imo, Governor Hope Uzodimma is the leader and father of the party and I’m impressed that he is doing so well in the governance of the state”.


He  expressed confidence that the party would consider and implement recommendations of the constitution review committee.
