Thrills As Friends, Associates, Well-Wishers Celebrate Madumere’s Birthday In Style
Last Sunday was certainly a day to remember as the former Deputy Governor of Imo State, Prince Eze Madumere marked his Birthday.
Though he was unavoidably away from the state, his aides, friends, associates and well-wishers still found time to remember him with kind messages and other memorable activities.
The day kick-started with a special service at Chapel of Praise, Anglican Communion Church, Lake Malinda, Achi, Ezi-Mbieri autonomous community, Mbaitoli Local Government area of Imo State, where the Vicar, Venerable Sunday Iheruo moderated a prayer session where families, friends and associates prayed to God to preserve him and his family.
His older brother, Prince Chijioke Madumere, stood in his stead even as candle lights illuminated the church auditorium with the symbolism of the presence of Holy Spirit and that Madumere shall remain a shinning light to the world.
Governor of Imo State, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma felicitated with him in a goodwill message through his Chief Press Secretary, Hon. Oguike Nwachuku.
Again, an Engr. of no mean repute, a community leader and one of trusted allies of Prince Madumere, Engr. Okey Njoku on his Facebook page showered encomium on him, wishing him many more years of good health and greater accomplishments.
Oru-East Educationist, Nwokoro Gerald a.ka. Jerry Deon also extended his goodwill message to the former Deputy Governor, calling on politicians to emulate Madumere’s patriotism and his role while the soul of the state was delivered from the path derailment.
His Media Adviser, Uche Onwuchekwa also used his Facebook handle as a platform for goodwill messages from leaders, youths and various layers of the polity who in their numbers sent their kind wishes.
The messages have continued to flow ceaselessly even at the time of filling this report. It was a day of outpouring of love and reliving good memories of kind hearted administrator from home and abroad.
The crescendo was the Birthday Bash thrown by no other than Kelechi Kingsley Ihueze who has consistently celebrated Prince Eze Madumere for his extension of love to him when he didn’t stand a chance.
At his spot of entertainment and relaxation popularly known as Vision, as it has always been his tradition, he spared nothing to ensure that everyone present had more than enough to eat and drink.
Speaking at the event, he recalled how Madumere saved his life and how he helped start his business, which has grown into valuable business venture, a household name in hotel and hospitality industry.
“I call on all of you to pray for my Boss, Prince Ezeakonobi Madumere. I have no doubt in my mind that God is about to do something great in his life”, he stated.
The Chief Executive of Imo Angels Football Club and Jenny Uzor Foundation was also at the Vision to celebrate with her colleagues as Madumere is also her Boss.
