BREAKING: Plateau House Of Assembly Speaker Removed, Hon. Yakubu Sanda Emerges New Speaker
The Speaker Plateau State House of Assembly Hon Abok Ayuba has been impeached.
NewsTrack Nigeria learned that Abok was impeached, Thursday, after a vote of no confidence by 16 members of the assembly.
Meanwhile, another source said that only 8 members of the assembly impeached him.
Following his removal, Rt Hon. Yakubu Sanda representing the Pengana constituency in the state assembly has been elected Speaker by the members.
