Uzodimma Swears-In 17 Commissioners
Imo State Governor Hope Uzodimma has sworn in 17 commissioners.
The governor performed the ceremony on Monday at the new Exco Chambers, Government House, Owerri, the state capital.
Uzodimma in March dissolved his 28-member cabinet, retaining nine commissioners in the first major cabinet reshuffle since assuming office on January 15, 2020.
The governor said the dissolution became necessary to rejig and re-energise the system for maximum productivity.
