Special Citizens Purchases APC House Of Assembly Form For Barr Nwaopara For Mbaitoli State Constituency

A leading aspirant vying for Imo State House of Assembly to represent one of the largest local government areas in Nigeria, Mbaitoli, Barr. Ikechukwu Nwaopara, has been presented All Progressives Congress expression of interest and nomination forms by Special Citizens from the local government.

Presenting the form, the Special Assistant to the local government Chairman on People living with Disabilities, Hon. Ezinwa Ejiogu, said they have high regards for Barr. Nwaopara for his selfless service to the group.

He stressed the need for Mbaitoli to have a true lawmaker who understands the rudiments of law making with experience in negotiation, thereby calling in delegates to choose wisely.

He also commended Nwaopara for his humane spirit and selfless services so far rendered to the people of Mbaitoli long ago even before stepping out to contest House of Assembly election. “For us, he is our candidate”, he stated.

Meanwhile, the members of Mbaitoli Solidarity Front were also at Nwaopara’s office to show him solidarity.

Responding, Barr. Nwaopara commended the Chairman of the group living with disability, Mbaitoli chapter, for remembering him and reminding him of the things he had already forgotten.

“I shall never disappoint you. I will live up to expectations and do my job when elected. I shall confer with my people on any legislation that boarder on the future of our people and the state at large.

“I feel honoured, too, for the representation of Mbaitoli Solidarity Front who came to declare their support to me a few days back.

“Surely, we have begun the journey and as I have always said, God is in control and His grace has led me this far”, he stated.
