BREAKING: Imo Attorney General Akaolisa Boasts How Court Of Appeal Will Quash Madumere’s Garnishee Order Absolute Granted By Industrial Court Tuesday
While the raging issue of disobedience of court order, lying on oath and stand off against Order Absolute against Garnishee Nisi by Imo State Government and Zenith Bank, the Attorney General of Imo State Government C.O.C Akaolisa has boasted how he has concluded arrangements with some persons to quash the National Industrial Court of Nigeria’s Order absolute against Garnishee Nisi, Zenith Bank Plc.
Akaolisa allegedly made the statement while addressing a cross section of Governor’s aides in government House.
He said the Industrial Court Judge seem to have forgotten hos Governor Hope Uzodimma came to power and will be disgraced at the Court of Appeal on Tuesday, June 7, 2022.
Recall that National Industrial Court of Nigeria in Owerri Judicial Division had on May 27, 2022, granted Order Absolute garnishee nisi Zenith Bank Plc to pay the former Deputy Governor of Imo State, Prince Eze Madumere his entitlements.
However, the Bank disobeyed the order while Imo State Government unleashed terror against Court Officials, brutalising and abducting them with their branded vehicle while on official duty.
