Madumere Vs Zenith Bank Plc, Imo State Govt: President Of Industrial Court Closes Down Owerri Judicial Division As Zenith Bank, Imo Govt. Thugs Attack, Abduct Industrial Court Officials

Friday, June 3, 2022 is a day that will live in infamy as one of the supposed responsible financial establishments, Zenith Bank Plc in collusion with Imo Government Thugs given Cover by Police personnel unleashed mayhem on Industrial Court Officials who were carrying out their legitimate duties.

Despite the fact they had their vehicle properly branded showing where they were coming from, they beaten battered and abducted.

The troop of thugs and police were Les by Senior Special Assistant to Governor Hope Uzodimma on Special Duties, Chinasa Nwaneri.

In view of this illegal action against Court officials , a statement signed by the Chief Registrar of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria have released a notice shutting down the entire Owerri Judicial Division indefinitely.

The statement reads as follows:

“I have been directed by the Hon. President of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria, Hon Justice B. B. Kanyip, PhD, to inform you that the Owerri Judicial Division of the Court has been closed down till further notice.
Consequently, all the staff of the judicial division are hereby directed to stay away from work until further notice.”

Recall that Imo state government and Zenith Bank had over three years to prove to the court why the payment shouldn’t hold and yet they couldn’t do that only to expect that floating social media propaganda about what they feel should be the payment, will help them succeed in not releasing the entitlement of Prince Eze Madumere, MFR.

Pitifully as it sounds, both Imo State government and Zenith bank will surely not be able to survive using politics to fight Clear detailed facts. Unfortunately for Zenith Bank, they will still not be able to operate their usual business activities till further notice.
