Vitus Ezenwa, an aide to Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State has boasted how Uzodimma led government will crush opposition elements with state’s instruments of power.
He was caught in a video saying that those opposed to the government must go and purchase a whole armoury.
Against the ethos and democratic ideals, he described opposition elements as witchcrafts that must be crushed, even he showcased government vehicles around him on election day.
Meanwhile, the ACCORD Party has raised the alarm over the invasion of the house of its candidate for the the State Assembly election, Vitalis Azido.l by the Army, Police and Ebubeagu killer squad.
In a release issued by ACCORD party chieftain who also serves as a party agent in Ugbele ward, Gaius Udeorie, he also revealed that party agents escorting and monitoring movement of sensitive materials to the polling units were arrested by the security agents from the Government House.

“Ugbelle pooling units were also raided by APC police with armoured personnel carriers (APC). They carted away some of the uncounted votes caste and barred other pooling units that succeeded in counting from transmitting to IREV.
“Nobody is going to fall for the stupid criminal slogan of declare fake figure and let them go to court. The new electoral law requires that collation of results must match with accreditation and no result that is above accredited figures should be added.
“So INEC must get it right today and also must warn their staff on duty post not to fail the commission as their will be consequences.”
