Uzodimma, Govt Dignitaries, Others Celebrate With Nwabuwah, Wife As They Dedicate Their Son To God

The serenity of Concorde Boulevard was once again defiled with huge official  movements with its consequential protocol noise as Government House of Imo State moved to Chills and Bars located opposite National Television Authority, New Owerri, Imo State.

Gov. Uzodimma carrying the cutie, Master Ifechi Zen Nwabuwah as his parents Mr. and Mrs. Nwabuwah laugh out loud in happiness.

It was the dedication ceremony of Master Ifechi Zen Nwabuwah to God Almighty through whose benevolence Nwabuwah junior was ecclesiastically packaged as a gift to the world through Mr. Emmanuel Ifeanyi Nwabuwah and his lovely wife, Chizobam Emmanuelle Okafor-Nwabuwah.

Earlier, Fr. Emmanuel Nwaozuzu in Holy Cross Catholic Church, Aladinma dedicated Ifechi to God and prayed fervently for God’s presence in his life and to grant his parents all that the need to nurture the child to God’s glory, spiritually and physically.

For Senator Hope Uzodimma, little Ifechi Nwabuwah couldn’t have come at any other time better. He described him as a symbol of renewed hope.

He told the guests that Ifechi can only bring good tidings to the world, Delta and Imo States in particular, saying that the celebration represents an end to insecurity and  underdevelopment.

Like the love of a Grand Father to a grand son, he deeply prayed to God to bless Ifechi and make a great instrument that would impact Nigeria and the world at large.

Speaking to NewsTrack Nigeria reporter during the ceremony, the celebrating Father of Ifechi said he is very grateful to God for His grace and mercies upon his family.

“God brought me and my lovely wife, Obim and my best friend together. We took the decision of faith and He has been leading us all the way.

“Today, we have Dedicated the first Special Gift from God Almighty, Master Ifechi Zen Nwabuwah to Him. We are asking God to take charge of his life and grant us the enablement to train Him in the way He wishes us to; and to also bless us even the more with sound health and other substance to enable us extend to Others,” he concluded.

Of course, Ifechi’s Mommy’s joy knew no bounds. She could not not just contain her mood as she grace the floor with her dancing shoes and glued to it as she danced like a David but controllably so.

Laughter filled her spirit as she beamed it involuntarily, not holding back to her beautiful spirits to the creme de la creme of the State, Delta and the country at large who had graced the occasion.

She blessed God for the grace and blessings of becoming a mother, promising to seek God’s wisdom and guidance to play her role to His own glory. 

The renowned banker also drew her colleagues from Polaris banks, other sister banks, business partners and other captains of Industry who honoured them with their presence.

The Staff of 9Mobile were also well represented to honour celebrate with one of their own, Emmanuel Ifeanyi Nwabuwah, who is now a proud father.

Distinguished Senator Osita Izunaso also gracefully attended the Ifechi’s dedication. He humbly and homely sat throughout the event even as he blessed the couple and their son, Ifechi, praying to protect and bless him with wisdom from above as he grows in stature.

The Principal Secretary, Government House, Mrs. Irvine was also present at the event.

Meanwhile, Chief Ben Nwabuwah who represented the Ifechi’s father’s family from Ibusa, Delta State prayed for the family. He used the opportunity while breaking the kolanut to extend the goodwill of the people of Ibusa and Delta State to Governor Hope Uzodimma and the people of Imo State. He thanked them for given them a beautiful wife whose mind is angelic.

Food and beverages were surplus for guests as the assorted meals professionally prepared for the enjoyment of the guests were served without delays.

Chief Lawson Okafor, the Father of the Day and the father of Mrs. Emmanuel Ifeanyi Nwabuwah was on hand to receive His Excellency, Governor Hope Uzodimma and he also gave vote of thanks.

He took his time to shower encomium on Governor of Imo State, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma for honouring the family. He described him as the best Imo has ever had.

He eulogised Distinguished Senator Osita Izunaso, HRH, the Chairman of Imo State Council of Traditional Rulers, among many others.
