IMO GUBER 2023: Adolph Anokwute Backs Uzodimma’s Second Term Bid, Urges Imo Electorate To Vote Him For Performance
As Imo State Governorship election of November 11, 2023 draws closer, the businessman and compassionate politician, Chief Adolph Anokwute “Abamaragu Orlu” has said that Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma, the Governor of Imo State’s second bid would be achieved following monumental feats in the State.
Anokwute who recently commended the Governor for his resolve to returning the State to the Charter of Equity treaty, described Uzodimma as a jinx breaker who has repositioned the state towards economic recovery and growth.
Enumerating reasons, he said Governor Hope Uzodimma has given the state the required turn around in infrastructural development.
He said the major express roads, which became a scourge to the state for many years have been rehabilitated by the Governor to the extent that travelling to Orlu, Okigwe, Mbaise and the neighbouring States have been as easy as ABC.
He narrated the night may of the motorist who had to go through the difficult dilapidated terrain to get to their destinations, thereby making transportation an expensive venture for farmers, artisans and and the general populace. It is like a dream to motorist and people can easily visit their loved ones without having to spend the whole day plying through death traps.
On Security, he said: “It has been a sensitive project, which Governor Hope Uzodimma led government has been managing.
“We have a serious problem in our hand because we find it difficult to separate criminal elements from the true agitators. So far, for the love of the state, Uzodimma has remained resolute in resolving this hydra-headed monster and he is succeeding. We must give him credit for keeping the State together and ensuring that the state remains secured.”
Abamaragu also commended Governor Uzodimma for salvaging those whose properties were illegally taken away from them, revoking it from the grabbers and returning it to the real owners.
Meanwhile, he described Uzodimma’s exploit in market development as unequal. Today, Imo markets are far better organised and people are happy for it. Look at relief market where people ran away from. It is now sought after. It is also shocking to some critics what is going on at the Eke-Ukwu Owerri, which was brutally grabbed by some self serving people. Today, it fast becoming a modern market, which would give the state facelift and also create room for visitors from far and near to come for transaction a saner environment.
He called on the opposition elements to understand that it is always progressive to preserve what is good, urging them to look at Uzodimma’s achievements and allow him easy sail to his second term bid.
“Uzodimma’s campaign is anchored on his achievements and the only way we can say thank you and encourage his is to come out and massively vote for him”, he said
