Chief Adolf Anokwute Salutes Uzodimma’s Courage To Re-Invent Imo Charter Of Equity

As the November 11, 2023 Imo State Gubernatorial Election draws closer, Chief Adolf Anokwute ‘Abamaragu Orlu’ has thrown his weight behind the Governor of Imo State for his resolve to pursue the reinvention of Imo State Charter of Equity.

Abamaragu made the statement while fielding questions from select newsmen at his Owerri residence.

The business mogul described Uzodimma’s stance on returning the State to equitable power rotation principle as patriotic and justiceable.

He added that Orlu should not be blamed for the violation but solely heaped the desecration on Owerri and Okigwe zones politicians who were in a hurry to satisfy their ambition.

According to chief Anokwute, “Uzodimma should be celebrated for his statesmanship and vision for Imo State that is devoid of rancour.

“Owerri and Okigwe Politicians should know that it would only take a man with the staff of power to reestablish the power rotational treaty.

“I must commend Imo State Elders’ Council led by HRH, Eze Cletus Ilomuanya for brainstorming to bring the matter back to the front burner.

“It takes only a leader with patriotic zeal to tread on the path of justice, equity and setting the pace for recovery.”

Meanwhile, Abamaragu, called on the people of Owerri zone and Okigwe zones to listen the yearning of their people and eschew personal ambition.

He therefore urge them to come out enmass to vote for Hope Uzodimma as his return will no doubt give him the opportunity to bring to fruition the yearnings of the people of the state in terms of equitable power distribution.
