Sanwo-Olu Orders Arrest Of Soldier Motorcyclist On Lagos Road

Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State was spotted in a viral video, abusing and ordering for arrest of a man who simply introduced himself as soldier.

According to reports, the cyclists known in local parlance as Okada riders were plying one way along Lagos-Badagry Expressway.

On sighting the Governor, some of the Okada riders abandoned their motorcycles and passengers, even as Governor sanwo-Olu alighted from his vehicle, calling for the arrest of the offenders.

meanwhile, one of the alleged offenders who introduced himself as a soldier in the video met a brickwall as sanwo-Olu said, “That is the reason I will arrest you.’

The arrested cyclist was said to be a lance Corporal in the Nigerian Army.

Sanwo-Olu also bashed a lady passenger standing by who had been abandoned by a fleeing Okada rider.
