Texas Police Investigates Cause Of Child Reportdrowned in bathtub in northeast Houston

A child has been reportedly drowned in a bathtub in Northeast Houston , Texas, raising questions as to what could have happened.

According to reports available to NewsTrack Nigeria, the unfortunate incident occured on Saturday night.

In a bid to find out the remote cause of the Child’s death whose identity was not mentioned, the Authorities are said to be investigating the the incident.

Deputies with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office reportedly arrived in the 7500 block of Welsh Stone Lane around 8 p.m. Saturday night and found a child submerged in a bathtub.

According to CW39 HOUSTON, the child was taken to the hospital, but later died. So far, no word on if foul play was involved.
