Vice President, Prof. Osinbajo ready to wave his immunity to clear his name.

The Vice President had said communicated this in a tweet: “I will waive my constitutional immunity to enable the most robust adjudication of these claims of libel and malicious falsehood”.

Meanwhile, he also hinted that he had instructed his lawyers for the commencement of legal action against two individuals who were said to have engaged in malicious claims against the vice president.

He mentioned Timo Frank and Katch Ononuju, saying they have put their names to odious falsehoods.

Recall that since the dissolution of the economic management team led by Prof. Osinbajo and the subsequent appointment of economic advisory council, it has been speculation as to what would have led to the dissolution of his economic team.
