*TOPIC* : Godly Recommendation

” _The Arameans had gone out to steal from the Israelites. And they had taken a little girl as a captive from Israel. This little girl served Naaman’s wife. She said to her mistress, “I wish that my master would meet the prophet who lives in Samaria. He would heal Naaman of his disease.” 2 Kings 5:2-3 ICB_

Many homes are unhappy due to unequal treatment and display of love amongst its members.
However it must be understood from account of creation in Genesis 1:26-27, Proverb 22:6 and Psalm 127, that any child born into any family no matter the circumstances surrounding the birth is a special gift from God and has a special role to play, anywhere, anytime in every circumstance.
The positive role of witnessing that took place in the house of Naaman through the unnamed maid may be designed by God to prove His faithfulness and healing mercies.
The maid believed in the God of Israel and convinced the mistress about the power of God in healing all manner of sicknesses.
She never allowed her position to deter her instead she maintained her strong faith, exercised it, passed it on. She never complained nor used her position as an excuse. She never allowed her status to stand in the gap of mission to others, nor prayed for the death of her master.
What is your position in the family, church or community where you find yourself? Are you a maid, house help, free or stranger, remember you are made in God’s image and you have the task to do mission for Jesus; to go on God’s errand. All can say Yes I can and You Will say boldly Yes I Will Go!

Lord Jesus help me to be a good channel of spreading your love, mercy, healing and grace not minding my status anywhere I find myself in Jesus name Amen!
