Sports Commissioner, Okoronkwo Felicitates Distinguished Senator Uzodimma On His Second Term Inauguration

Commissioner for Sports and Youth Development, Hon. Emeka Okoronkwo Felicitates Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma on the auspicious occasion of his inauguration and Swearing- in for Second Term in Office as the Governor of Imo State.

Hon. Okoronkwo described Uzodimma’s Second Term victory as well deserving, saying that he walked his talk.

He said that Uzodimma has removed shame from the face of Imo people following his sterling performance in his first term in Office.

“Uzodimma gave a very good account of himself, which showed how much love he has for the State. We had a serious setback in infrastructures, Distinguish Senator Hope Uzodimma has changed the narrative. He did not just build roads but solid and sustainable road networks across the states, especially the three strategic roads with linking other states, aiding social economic interactions and commerce.

“In the areas sports where I have superintended over time, Imo State has been put back on the National map because of the performances and laurels our athletes have been winning. Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma made it happen and the athletes are happy.

“He has also promised to break all his record breaking performances in his second term. He is ever focusing on the bigger picture.

“I thank Ndi Imo for reposing confidence in him, voted him for the second term for his performances and assure them, they will reap so bountifully in Democratic Dividends.
