Recall that the Tribunal had dismissed three petitions brought before it against the victory of Ihedioha on the basis that they lack merit owing to drought of sufficient evidence where were anchored on hearsay.
However, Okorocha’s son-in-law, Uche Nwosu, senator Ifeanyi Ararume and Senator hope Uzodinma had challenged the victory of Ihedioha calling for cancellation the entire exercise.
Meanwhile, Nwosu has taken swipe at the Judges of the tribunal for doing a shoddy job and not paying attention to the real issue of contention.
Nwosu who spoke through his media aide, Mr. Onwuasonya Jones, said that he has instructed his lawyers to immediately file a notice of appeal at the Owerri division of the court of appeal.
