CAT WITH NINE LIVES: Oshiomole back as APC National Chairman, as Fed. High Court, Kano sets aside Abuja court ruling

The embattled National Chairman of All Progressives Congress, Comrade Adams Oshiomole has been reinstated to his office in Abuja as the National Chairman of All Progressives Congress by a Federal High Court sitting in Kano.

To enforce its joint the presiding Judge, Justice Lewis Alagoas also ordered the Nigeria Police, State Security Service to provide security for Oshiomole as he resumes.

A Federal Capital Territory High Court had granted an order of interim injunction stopping Comrade Adams Oshiomhole from parading himself as the National Chairman of the APC

Justice Danlami Senchi who granted the said injunction on Wednesday, said that political parties must be bound by their constitution and having been suspended by his ward, Comrade Oshiomhole is restrained from functioning as the National Chairman of the party pending the hearing and determination of the substantive suit

With the development, Oshiomole who is known for obstinacy in struggle has bounced back despite all the efforts of certain high profile officers of the party in connivance with some Governors.

Indeed, Oshiomole is act with nine lives. One wonders the theatre of political war that will pervade the length and breadth of Edo State. The unfolding drama is surely full of suspence.
